Tap the bar at the bottom that says "Dump it...", type or speak, and tap send. Ordo files it into Now, Next, or Someday automatically.

An AI reads each dump and sorts it by urgency — Now for today/urgent, Next for soon/this week, Someday for no rush or ideas. It also catches any time you mention ("at 3pm", "tomorrow morning") and schedules a reminder.

Yes — drag a card up or down between sections, or tap the small bucket label on the card to cycle it.

Tap the title text directly. It becomes editable. Hit return or tap away to save.

Swipe the card left and tap Delete. It goes to Recently Deleted for 30 days — you can restore it anytime from Settings.

Settings → Data & Backup → Export. Downloads everything as a JSON file you own.

Check Settings → Notifications. If they're disabled, reminders won't show. The first time you set one, iOS will ask for permission — if you said no, you can re-enable it in the iOS Settings app under Ordo.

Make sure Ordo has microphone and speech-recognition permission in iOS Settings. Apple Speech Recognition may require an internet connection depending on your device and language.

Your saved items live on your device. When you save a dump while online, its text is sent through our Cloudflare service to Anthropic for sorting. We do not store dump text in a content database, but Anthropic's standard API retention can be up to 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.

Delete individual items and empty Recently Deleted, or delete Ordo from your iPhone to remove all locally stored app data. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.
